An Ohio native, Janine Rendano was born and raised in Youngstown. Attending John Carroll University in Cleveland, she received her BA in Communications with a minor in Art History. Janine began her illustrious career in Los Angeles working in the entertainment industry with some of Hollywood’s elite. She then transitioned her impressive skill set to commercial mortgage banking while living on the West Coast.
After relocating to Naples in 2007, Janine began practicing Real Estate within the expansive and diverse Southwest Florida market. Her career has since flourished organically, building a remarkable reputation for herself among clients and fellow Realtors. In more recent years, Janine has transformed into a specialist in the gated golf course community of Talis Park and has amassed over $100M in residential sales within these gates alone. In 2024, she was honored to receive a top 5% ranking among the highest producing agents in the Naples area.

A Connecticut native, Ellen began her career in the Advertising and Fashion Industries in NYC serving clients such as Tiffany & Co and L’Oreal USA before relocating to the West Coast, capitalizing upon her formidable skills in the highly competitive LA market in Talent Acquisition for contemporary apparel brands like Vince and Joie. Some years later, Ellen found herself transitioning her focus to People & Culture where she led an extensive and prosperous career in Human Resources executive leadership roles, most recently with Publicis Groupe.
Ellen’s notable professional career provided her the opportunity to work with people with diverse backgrounds and needs. As an HR professional, practicing honesty, integrity and transparency were part of her day to day acumen. She excels at fostering relationships and relishes the opportunity to problem solve and provide solutions. Professionalism and the ability to listen and empathize have always been contributing elements to her career success.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina and former scholar-athlete on the NCAA Division I women’s basketball team, Ellen received her bachelor’s degree in psychology before beginning her professional career with Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising.
Ellen and her husband Mike relocated to Naples in 2021 and she quickly became a dedicated community volunteer, providing service to Youth Haven as a member of the Ambassador Circle and to the Harry Chapin Food Bank of SW Florida. Ellen competes in various USTA leagues in Naples and captains a team in the Collier Tennis Association league. Ellen also enjoys playing a leisurely game of golf with Mike or some of her friends.
Ellen looks forward to engaging professionally in the real estate community of SW Florida and continuing to hone her skills in nurturing and developing relationships. She gained invaluable initial experience in the industry through a family connection in CT and quickly realized that it was a natural fit. Ellen’s brother William is an established realtor, investor and mortgage consultant with extensive experience in the CT and CA markets. In assisting William in various capacities, Ellen’s interests were piqued and a spark soon ignited that would set her own career path in real estate in motion.

In 2015, Jo Ellen Jones relocated from Atlanta to the Naples, FL area and lived in Tiburon and then become the very first occupant of Carrara in Talis Park.
Her background is deeply rooted in marketing. Before embarking on a career in real estate, she successfully sold products on QVC and the Home Shopping Network. Jo Ellen began her real estate career in Atlanta during the challenging week of 9/11, facing the uncertainties of a declining economy. Despite these challenges, she achieved the distinction of “Rookie of the Year” in sales volume with a premier luxury real estate firm and continued to excel and grow professionally until her relocation to Naples selling over $110M in transaction volume to date.
Her husband Gary held a position with Coca Cola in Europe for 11 years with his final position as Sr. VP. & General Manager in Britain before retiring early and returning to Atlanta. Gary has 3 children that live in Atlanta, Denver and Missouri. They both love the Talis Park golfing community and enjoy the friends we have made here. Talis is a great place to work and an incredible place to live.
Real estate and animals of any kind have always been her passion. She and Gary live with Zorro, a Green Wing Macaw, who has been with Jo Ellen since he was 4 months old and turns 35 this year, along with Louie and Baby Leo, their rescued barn kitties.
